The Identity Services Manager position includes business development, accounting, SME proposals involvement, and project management roles. Identity Services Manager will manage both internal and external functions related to the development and growth of identity services. Primary market sectors include, but are not limited to government, education and healthcare.

 

Primary Role & Responsibilities provide oversight, coordination and management of identity services group.  

 

  1. Establishes relationships with identity services current and prospective clients.
  2. Understands the solutions offered by identity services and looks to expand.
  3. Meets with customers to better understand their needs related to current and future identity services details.
  4. Monitors market to learn about new technologies.
  5. Solidifies relationships with vendors to better learn about equipment and technology tolls for IDS.
  6. Acts as SME for RFP, RFIs, and solicitations related to IDS.
  7. Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.
  8. Pursues opportunities through unsolicited proposals.
  9. Generates and reviews sales report and capture plans.
  10. Informs and/or updates executives, managers and related parties on relevant information in a timely manner.
  11. Actively participates in weekly meeting with team members and management team.
  12. Demonstrates exceptional record keeping and documentation skills.  
  13. Manages existing clientele and accounts.
  14. Coordinate billing, payments and invoices with accounting.
  15. Manages multiple projects, sites and the staff.
  16. Manages the account billing and budget for projects
  17. Manages the time and attendance for semimonthly payroll.
  18. Establishes a budget, scheduling a timeline and if needed choosing the staff for the project.
  19. Accomplishes information technology staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
  20. Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.
  21. Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing Identity service techniques.
  22. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  23. Achieves business goals, revenue and profitability objectives through a respectful, forward thinking and motivational style.
  24. Provides training and development support to ensure all staff of supported practices demonstrate knowledge of business model, operating procedures and protocols.
  25. Other duties as assigned.

 

 

 

 

Deliverables:

 

  1. Produces and disseminates weekly activity progress report to executives
  2. Maintain accurate scorecard (hit ratio- Wins, Losses, etc.) for proposals submitted monthly and year to date
  3. Maintains up to date vendor partnership contact information and partnership requirements
  4. Produces monthly revenue and profitability report for identity services sales
  5. Has all hardware/software partners logos added to our website
  6. Submits inquiries about RFP and proposals to our existing customers
  7. Identifies new partnership relationships we should develop and bring that information to the executive team for review
  8. Manages internal team members training required to keep company certifications in conjunction with Human Resources
  9. Follows-up on outstanding Accounts Receivables monthly and report the status to the executives

 

Certifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years related experience in IT customer service
  • 5+ year's experience with varied technology systems
  • 2 years of direct experience in identity and access management. Examples include fingerprinting and background checks.
  • Ability to travel to different sites in the DMV area
